Usage Policy

Effective: June 12, 2026.

This Usage Policy applies to all users of the Service, whether acting individually or on behalf of another person or entity (collectively, “You”). For purposes of this Usage Policy, “You” includes the user and any organization, company, or other entity that the user represents or on whose behalf the user acts. This Usage Policy governs the way You and other users may submit Input to, receive and use Output from, and otherwise access, use and interact with the Service. The Company establishes and enforces this Usage Policy in an effort to operate the Service responsibly and to promote safe and appropriate use of the Service by users. This Usage Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Usage Policy.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Usage Policy, other than standard proper nouns, have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. We may update this Usage Policy from time to time, in response to changes to the law, technology, the Service, business necessity, or other factors; please review this Usage Policy regularly to ensure You understand its terms and contents. Your use of the Service constitutes Your agreement to, and to comply with, this Usage Policy.

Safety and Legal Compliance

You may not, shall not engage in, and shall not direct, support, or allow any other users or third parties to use the Service to engage in, any of the following acts in connection with use of the Service, regardless of the manner in which (or by whom) the acts are carried out:

Threats to Public Safety and Public Order

• Involvement in or support for terrorism, organized violence, or any other conduct that threatens public safety (including conduct based on hatred or prejudice)
• Conduct that causes disruption, degradation, or destruction of critical infrastructure or information systems with public importance, including those related to electricity, communications, healthcare, and finance
• Uses of the Service that relate to national security, military, or intelligence activities, without the Company's advance written approval

Dangerous Materials and Harmful Acts

• Designing, developing, acquiring, using, or supporting the creation or use of: weapons, armaments, explosives, or other acts or items capable of causing serious harm to human life or physical integrity (including without limitation conventional weapons and CBRNE)
• Providing or using any other means that may cause substantial harm to individuals

Illegal Activities and Improper Transactions

• Conduct that violates any applicable laws or regulations, or poses a risk thereof
• Provision, intermediation, or acquisition of, or any other involvement in, illegal or improper goods or services
• Involvement in or facilitation of exploitative activities, such as human trafficking, sexual exploitation, pornography, or prostitution
• Use for gambling or similar activities involving real money or economic benefits

Infringement of Rights and Cyberattacks

• Unauthorized access to, or alteration or destruction of, another person’s systems, networks, data, or assets (including without limitation exploitation of vulnerabilities, interception of communications, or other forms of cyberattacks)
• Infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights or legally protected interests of third parties
• Circumvention, disabling, or improper use of technical measures, access controls, or security mechanisms established by the Company or third parties
• Testing, verification, security evaluation, or other experimental activities, performed without the Company’s advance written approval

Harm To and Undue Influence Over Individuals

• Threats, coercion, persistent contact, harassment, defamation, insults, or other infringements of an individual’s personal or moral interests
• Generation or dissemination of content that promotes, encourages, induces, glamorizes, or justifies suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or other conduct harmful to physical or mental health
• Generation, provision, or distribution of content involving sexual violence, or sexually explicit material created without the consent of the parties involved (including without limitation creating or generating sexually explicit content involving fictitious characters or intellectual property You do not own or which you do not possess the right to use in the relevant manner)

Improper Use in Professional Domains

• Providing specific judgments or advice in fields that require advanced professional expertise, such as legal or medical matters, without the involvement of an appropriately qualified professional

Protection of Personal Privacy and Restrictions on Profiling

You may not and shall not, and agree not to direct or support allow any other users or third parties to, use the Service in a manner that infringes on individuals’ private lives, private interests, privacy rights, and/or the protection of personal information. Without limiting the foregoing, You are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:

Unauthorized Collection and Use of Data

• Acquiring, analyzing, using, or disclosing information relating to an individual (including private and sensitive information) without the lawful and valid consent of the relevant individual

Identification and Impersonation

• Constructing or using facial recognition databases without authorization
• Engaging in real-time, remote biometric identification in public spaces or similar environments
• Generating or distributing content using a person's likeness, voice, or other identifying elements without authorization in a manner that may cause any mistake as to the individual’s identity or whether or not the relevant individual was involved in the relevant content

Evaluation, Inference, and Profiling

• Evaluating, classifying, or scoring individuals based on behavioral history, attributes, biometric data, or similar data (including the inference of sensitive attributes)
• Inferring or analyzing emotions, mental states, or similar characteristics in workplaces or educational settings, where there is no reasonable necessity to do so
• Predicting or assessing criminal inclinations, the likelihood of involvement in criminal activity, or other risks based solely on an individual’s attributes or profiling results

Protection of Minors

You may not and shall not, and agree not to direct, support, or allow any other users or third parties to, engage in any of the following acts:

Exploitation and Improper Use of Minors’ Information & Images

• Creating, acquiring, storing, or distributing materials involving, depicting, or relating to the sexual abuse of minors (children) (whether or not partially or entirely AI-generated)
• Engaging in inappropriate inducement through the development of relationships with minors (also known as “grooming”)

Provision of Inappropriate Content

• Presenting or allowing minors to access sexual or violent content, or content depicting or relating to self-harm, that is inappropriate in light of the minor’s age and maturity

Impact on Health and Safety

• Recommending or encouraging conduct that may harm minors’ physical or mental health (for example, excessive dietary restrictions or dangerous exercise)
• Causing minors to engage in, or supporting or facilitating minors’ engagement in, sexual activity (including without limitation role-playing) or excessively violent role-play
• Encouraging or inducing participation in dangerous activities

Infringement of Personal Dignity

• Insulting, ridiculing, or unfairly evaluating a minor’s appearance, physical characteristics, or personality
• Bullying, defamation, and similar conduct, whether performed directly or indirectly

Prohibited Access

• Assisting in or facilitating minors’ access to the Service (which is prohibited by our Terms of Service) or other products, services, or activities that are subject to age restrictions or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or contractual terms

Fairness and Respect for Decision-Making

You may not and shall not, and agree not to direct, support, or allow any other users or third parties to, use the Service to engage in or facilitate conduct that distorts fair societal decision-making processes or the autonomous judgment of individuals, including without limitation:

Undermining the Reliability of Information

• Creating or disseminating false or misleading information (e.g., “fake news”)
• Engaging in fraud, impersonation, or other conduct that exploits relationships based on trust

Interference with Democratic and Social Processes

• Inappropriately influencing, manipulating, or interfering with elections, political activities, or other democratic processes, or attempting to do so
• Conduct intended to influence specific targets based on personal attributes or analytical results

Automation in High-Risk Domains

• Automating decision-making in the following critical areas without sufficient involvement by qualified professionals:
  • Social infrastructure (including physical infrastructure), education, housing, employment, finance/credit, insurance, healthcare, and legal matters
  • Public services, product safety, or other areas of public significance
  • National security, immigration control, criminal justice, and law enforcement

Undermining Public Trust

• Use for the purpose of improperly restricting freedom of expression or the flow of information (including arbitrary censorship)
• Use that undermines the fairness or reliability of systems based on public trust, such as examinations, journalism, or similar institutions
• Users must disclose that Output is AI-generated in any context where such disclosure is required by applicable laws or regulations.
